Greenlane is a joint venture between Daimler, NextEra Energy, and BlackRock. Greenlane's mission is to design, develop, install and operate a nationwide, high-performance, zero-emission public charging and hydrogen refueling network for medium- and heavy-duty battery-electric and hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles. Greenlane addresses the urgent need for publicly available, nationwide electric charging infrastructure for commercial vehicles, especially for long-haul freight operations.

Greenlane and Volvo Partner to Drive Commercial Electrification

Greenlane’s charging locations in North America will be fully integrated into the Volvo Open Charge service, allowing drivers to identify charging locations located on their route. The partnership benefits drivers and fleet managers by providing seamless access to Greenlane’s charging services through Volvo Open Charge. The infrastructure will offer charging to all heavy-duty battery electric vehicles, regardless of brand.

Greenlane Opens Flagship Charging Hub in SoCal, Advancing Zero-Emission Freight on I-15

Greenlane announced its first commercial fleet customer, Nevoya, which will begin charging its trucks at the Colton Greenlane Center. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held today at Colton, the first of three locations to make up the I-15 commercial EV charging corridor. The flagship location features 40+ high-speed chargers, including 12 pull-through and 29 bobtail lanes for medium- and heavy-duty zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs), a full amenities building, and available add-on services.
