Slate is a new American EV company founded on a disruptive business model of simplifying manufacturing to reduce cost and increase reliability. The Slate Truck is a class-1, single-cab pickup with a targeted range of 150 miles or 240 miles (targeted) with an accessory battery pack. The single-configuration Slate Truck is the first vehicle designed to be wrapped, and it also converts to a 5-seat SUV. The price is targeted under $20,000 after federal incentives are applied.
